In any capacitive sensor, there should only be 2 wires for you to connect to the main board, unless you have a probe that can operate on 5 volts or less, then you will connect the other wire to a known pin that gives you 5 volts.
The 2 wires; the black and white wires are connected to your Z limit end stop. Usually, the black is ground and the white wire is the signal wire.
