The mounts included here are meant for a Direct drive setup using BMG Dual Drive systems or a bowden setup using a 5015 fan as a part cooler.
Here are the parts that you need to 3D print out:
1) Download the Base File here
2) Download the Top Cover for the base file here
3) Download the Base file for the Fan duct here
4) Download the 5015 Fan duct file here
6) Optional: Download PTFE Cutting Jig here
The base file is responsible for clamping your Dragon hotend (using E3D V6 coupler) to the carriage plate part number XCP-001. All other plates variations will fit this design.
With the help of the top cover together with the base file, it allows your dragon hotend/ E3D V6 to be clamped and secured tightly to your carriage plate.
Similarly, the fan duct base file is secured to the carriage plate to allow the 5015 fan duct to be mounted to it later on.
The 5015 fan duct has to be printed with brim in the above orientation and no supports are required.
If using the mount in a BMG Direct drive setup; the required bowden tube length is 44.5m. If you don't have a vernier caliper but only with a 3D printer and a blade, you can download this jig and print it. The diameter of the jig takes in a bowden tube of outer diameter 4mm and slicing your blade in the allocated slot should give you a bowden tube length of 44.5mm.
