A firmware can make or break an entire machine and a CoreXY machine's firmware isn't exactly the easiest to configure.
To complete the conversion of your Ender 3/ Ender 3-Pro to KAY3D's CoreXY set up, you will need to have a suitable board and a new firmware.
But what happens if you have another board that is not the stock board? The good thing is, we've got you covered!
We've released compatible firmwares for most major boards and all you have to do is choose find your favorite board from the list, click on it, download the appropriate firmware, follow the detailed installation instructions and voila! That completes your firmware installation.
Of course, if you prefer to customize your own existing firmware instead, you can also do so. You can click "Customizing your own Firmware" or click here.
However, if you prefer to not tinker and want to have our dedicated firmware team do the changes for you, you can click "Custom Firmware Support" or click here.
Disclaimer: All firmwares are tested on the actual boards that we physically have. As with all firmware upgrades, please make sure you have a copy of working firmware that is on your working printer. This is important as if there’s anything that goes wrong, you can still revert back the changes when required.
