You do not have to download any of these STLs and print them yourselves to complete the conversion. Only print these if you are using the Dragon hotend from Trianglelabs.
The popular Ender 3 Hero Me Fan ducts have now been ported over to fit our unique X carriage plate design. That means that if you have an existing design, there may be some components that will fit the base design!
If you don't, don't worry. We've got you covered!
The base file & it's accompanying parts are a remix of the original duct which can be found here:

How to choose the correct files to print:
1) Download the Hero Me Base file
2) Download the correct side mount depending on your set up
a) If you don't have any auto bed leveling kit installed, you will need this file
b) If you have a BLtouch, you will need this file (default) or this file (if your BLtouch is too close to the bed). Default BLtouch probe offset value: -42 X and -8 Y
c) If you have a 18mm capacitor sensor (e.g. KAVA lite), you will need this file. Default capacitor sensor probe offset value: -45 X and -4 Y
d) If you have an 12mm capacitor sensor, you will need this file. Default capacitor sensor probe offset value: -45 X and -4 Y
3) Download the correct fan mount depending on your set up
a) If you want to use the default Ender 3 Part cooling fan, then you need to use the 4010 fan duct file
b) If you want to use 5015 fan, then you will need this file. You will also lose8mm in the Y Axis as the fan shroud is a lot bigger than the 4010 fan duct.
Disclaimer: All STLs are tested on the actual machines. Please let us know if we have uploaded the wrong STL files.
You will need probe offset values when you have an auto bed leveling sensor. Ignore this part if you don't have a sensor installed.
Since every mount combination uses different offset values that have to be configured in Marlin, use the following probe offset values depending on your setup.
Please use these probe offset values as guidelines. They may be slightly different from yours.
X: -42, Y: -8 = Dragon Hotend + 4010/5015 fan duct + BLtouch
X: -45, Y: -4 = Dragon Hotend + 4010/5015 fan duct + 18mm capacitor sensor (e.g. KAVA lite)
X: -45, Y: -4 = Dragon Hotend + 4010/5015 fan duct + 12mm capacitor sensor
Print them in the following orientation and remember to use supports.
In Prusa Slicer, choose Supports: Support on build plate only
In Cura, choose Generate Supports, Support Placement: Touching Buildplate
